Lions ClubEyeglass and Hearing Aid Collection Sites
The Reston Lions Club supports the Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center, headquartered in Roanoke, VA and its branch in Falls Church, and the District 24-A Hearing Aid Bank. You are urged to drop off any used and unwanted eyeglasses or hearing aids at any of these boxes. They will be re-conditioned and used to help the sight or hearing of people in need. Temporary Sites
- Reston Lions Club has recycling boxes whenever we bring the sight and hearing van to Reston, and at all club fund-raisers.
- Sight and Hearing Screening Van is at the Reston Hospital Senior Health Fair in March and Community Health Fair in May.
- Recycling Boxes also appear periodically at health clubs and in office buildings around Reston, usually for a month at a time.
